A preference for a name. Used not just for normal names, but also for clown names, etc.

allow_numbers	Whether or not to allow numbers in the person's name
explanation	The display name when showing on the "other names" panel
group	These will be grouped together on the preferences menu
relevant_job	If the highest priority job matches this, will prioritize this name in the UI

get_extra_constant_data	Used to add the allowed drone prefixes ("strings/names/posibrain.txt") to the data sent by the middleware to TGUI.
