holosynth 
aura_healing subclass that also resolves holosynth-style wounds on candidates in range. Inherits all the base healing knobs (brute/burn/organs/etc.) and adds two synth-wound knobs:
- wound_intensity_heal — deciseconds of electrical-damage intensity drained per second.
- wound_resolve_seconds — seconds of exposure needed to dissolve a non-intensity synth wound (muscle/burn/blunt).
